EMCC Finland is the national branch of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in Finland. Established in 2008, our mission is to promote high-quality mentoring, coaching, team coaching, and supervision practices aligned with EMCC Global’s professional standards.
We are an active, purpose-driven community that connects individuals and organizations interested in coaching, mentoring, leadership, and organizational development—both in Finland and globally.

Membership
By joining EMCC Finland, you also become a member of EMCC Global. Membership is open to individuals and legal entities who accept our rules and ethical guidelines.

Annual membership fees (2025):
- Individual: €120
- Organizational (includes 3 people): €270

Accreditation
EMCC offers internationally recognized accreditations:
- EIA (European Individual Accreditation) – For professional coaches and mentors
- ITCA (Individual Team Coach Accreditation) – For team coaches
- ESIA (EMCC Supervisor Individual Accreditation) – For coach supervisors
Each accreditation is available at four levels: Foundation, Practitioner, Senior Practitioner, and Master Practitioner, based on experience, client hours, reflection, CPD, and supervision.

Supervision
Coaching supervision is essential for professional growth and resilience. All accredited members commit to regular supervision, individually or in groups.
In Finland, there are currently six EMCC-accredited supervisors who offer both individual and group supervision.
